Mark S. Hayes, OD
Dr. Mark S. Hayes is trained in all aspects of general therapeutic optometry, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of eye function and disease. He received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and earned his Doctor of Optometry Degree at The Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
He is certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease by The International Association of the Board of Examiners in Optometry and by Zale Lipsey at U.T. Southwestern Medical School for pre-operative and post-operative management of refractive surgical patients. Dr. Hayes is a member of The American Optometric Association, The Texas Optometric Association and The Refractive Council of Optometry.

Dr. Hayes’ special accomplishment is his status as a former U.S. Skating Competitor and currently as a United States Figure Skating Judge.
